1. Who we are and what this is

Copper State Racing ("we", "us") runs the website copperstateracing.com (the "Site"). The Site is a free social casino: a collection of our own games played with virtual coins that have no monetary value. The Site is not gambling and is not licensed as gambling.

2. Who may use the Site

You may use the Site only if you are 18 years of age or older and live in the United Kingdom. By entering the Site and by creating an account you confirm both. We may close any account where we reasonably believe either is untrue.

3. Your account

• You may hold one account. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• You can delete your account at any time from My account. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, are inactive for a long period, or where we suspect abuse.

4. Coins, levels and bonuses

• Coins are virtual, free and only for play on the Site. They have no cash value, are not property, cannot be bought, sold, traded, transferred or redeemed, and are forfeited when an account is closed.
• Welcome coins, daily bonuses and levels are given at our discretion and may change at any time.
• Nothing on the Site is a prize of money or anything with real-world value.

5. Fair use

Don't use bots, scripts or exploits; don't attempt to access other accounts, our server files or any part of the Site you're not meant to; don't copy, reverse-engineer or redistribute our games or artwork; and don't use the Site for anything unlawful.

6. Our content

All games, artwork, names, text and code on the Site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other rights. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to play — nothing more.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Site running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or remove games, features or the whole Site at any time.

8. Responsibility

The Site is provided "as is" for entertainment. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
